Action taken on feedback: 2020-21
It was decided in the IQAC meeting that now onwards the college will take feedback from students. Accordingly IQAC has collected and analyzed the same. Feedback analysis was closely monitored by IQAC and action was initiated. Nomination of at least one student was initiated in all the committees of the college for fair and transparent governance.
- The students have suggested for more internet facility as it was observed that internet facility in the campus was at limited areas mainly at library. This facility needs to be extended as opined by the committee members.
- The students have demanded more digital classes and WiFi facility so it has been decided that now onwards more use of technology will be used for the students and Wi Fi facility will be one of the future plan to be made the whole campus Wi Fi. Two classrooms have been equipped with LCD projectors for better teaching and learning and used for more digital classes.
- College initiated basic facilities for boy and girls’. This was also demanded by students in the past. Wash rooms in the college were with less facility as submitted by students in their feedback. As a part of action it was decided to renovate the toilet block for girls and boys. The college will create an additional girls common room in the form of CWDC.
- As suggested by the students that there should be regular checking of electric supply in the college. The college has taken necessary action it.
- As desired by the students college has planned to increase more sports equipments cricket bats, badminton rackets, table tennis will be purchased for increased participation of students in sports. Additional sport equipment will be purchased.
- The college has equipped students with pure water bottles from the bazaar of the town to ensure good quality water capacity for students. Drinking water overhead tanks were cleaned twice in a year because the students have demanded good quality of water was provided to them.
- Students have demanded for arranging classes for improving General knowledge and skills development in the college and the committee has initiated for purchasing more books for General knowledge and preparation of competitive exams for the students. In addition to it the students are provided with effective soft skills in their paper to fulfill their future dreams.
- Some students have demanded to arrange the visit of historical places. The cell has planned for future visits to historical places.

- The students specially the Girls have suggested and demanded that there should have more introductions of games and sports activity for Girls in the college. The committee has planned for it and it will be initiated in accordingly.
- The girl students have demanded for mirror in the Girls room and suggested to increase the physical facilities in girls room. The committee has taken the action and it was renovated fully and they have been provided with all the physical facilities needed and demanded from them.
- The student have suggested for digital classes to be conducted by the teachers. They have also demanded for more net facilities provided to them. It was observed that internet facility in the campus was at limited areas mainly in library. This facility needs to be extended as opined by the committee. Two classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors for better teaching and learning so it has been decided that now onwards more use of technology will be used for the students by the faculty to use it more students friendly.
- The students have demanded for pure water and the college has provided students with pure water bottles from the bazaar of the town to ensure good quality water capacity for students. Drinking water overhead tanks were cleaned twice in a year because of the students demand for good quality of drinking water.
- Students have demanded for more vividity and variety in sports activities. They have also demanded for more sports equipment and facilities to be provided. The committee has planned to take action in that matter and ensured to work in that direction.
- Students have demanded for arranging General Knowledge classes other than the regular classes for improving General knowledge. The college committee has decided to arrange lecture for the preparation of competitive exams for the students and increase their General knowledge and competitiveness.
- The students have demanded WiFi facility and it has been decided Wi Fi facility will be highest priority for the college in future.
